"I can honestly say Eppie's breathwork session was nothing short of magical. As I surrendered to the breath, I saw golden and green light surrounding and filling me, and I felt an overwhelming sense of energy in my hands—as if they held the power to heal." As therapists, we hold the sacred responsibility of walking alongside our clients through both their darkness and their light. While our work is profoundly meaningful, it can also be challenging. To continue creating healing spaces for others, we must first nurture a healing space for ourselves. This retreat offers a restorative sanctuary for therapists to recharge, reflect, and reconnect, helping to prevent burnout and renew our capacity for empathy and presence.
Great therapists are those who remain self-aware, reflective, and open to exploring their inner worlds. During this retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into your personal journey through rebirthing breathwork, yoga, meditation, experiential connection, art, and an introduction to brainspotting. Surrounded by compassionate support from both the team and fellow participants, you’ll be guided through a transformative and restorative experience.
You'll return to your clients rejuvenated—nourished in spirit, heart, body, mind, and soul. This renewed sense of well-being will enhance your healing presence and breathe new life into your relationships, both personally and professionally.
Over four transformative days, your experience will include:

"Eppie was creating a loving and safe space where I experienced a deep sense of inner connection. The breathwork created a powerful space where I felt completely at ease, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the practice. The combination of gentle breath techniques and Eppie's gentle guidance throughout the session helped me tap into a profound state of awareness. I especially appreciated how the session allowed me to access an intuitive state. I was open minded and just curious what would come up. I was able to compassionately connect with myself on a deeper level.
Eppie's breathwork opened up an incredible energetic experience—I saw green and golden light around me and within me. I also felt an intuitive urge to move my hands, as if they held a healing energy, allowing me to feel like I could heal myself in that moment. This was something truly special and unexpected, and it left me with a deep sense of peace and empowerment. On a physical level it eased my pain in my knee which I had for a long time. The session was beautifully structured. I would have loved more time to explore the energy I was feeling and continue deepening into the experience. I felt a profound sense of healing and self-connection. It awakened an awareness of my own inner energy and self-healing.
I can honestly say this group breathwork session was nothing short of magical. As I surrendered to the breath, I saw golden and green light surrounding and filling me, and I felt an overwhelming sense of energy in my hands—as if they held the power to heal. The experience left me feeling deeply connected, peaceful, and empowered. I am so grateful for this session and the space it created for self-discovery and healing. Highly recommend Eppie's session to anyone seeking transformation through breathwork."
"The breathwork set me up for the further deeper understanding. It’s what it’s all about, this breathwork process. I’ve done a little breathwork in yoga but not to the same extent, so the process was vital. I don’t know that I could have reached those feelings and visualisations in another way. I achieved more than I set out to, parts I didn’t anticipate. The times when I got tearful, I know it was really touching something, it’s like a soul reaction. When I was lying down curled up and cosier, and going to past lives, and not knowing what was in those images of sitting around a fire and being with those animals or with the eagle, it was special in the way that they were more elevated than touching a deep wound. I was just willing to see where the process took me."
“I had ten breathwork sessions with Eppie. The experience is not easy to encapsulate in words as I went through an extraordinary, layered, inner journey. I had some profound shifts and often unexpected insights and revelations about myself and my personal situation. I always felt in a better, lighter place at the end of each session, compared with how I felt when I first arrived. Eppie was 100% attentive and supportive, completely focused on what I needed and how best to make me comfortable and get the most out of the process. The whole thing supported me through a challenging few weeks. Although I am generally fairly self-aware and reflective, the breathwork with Eppie guided me into profound states of connection with my 'inner world', and - who knows - perhaps past lives. It allowed me to access a deep 'knowing' that has been immensely helpful and fascinating.”
Eppie explained everything clearly every step of the way. Her focus is so clearly on me and that really helped with bringing things up in a safe environment, and the fact that you were interested, that plays a part as its interactive and reflective. When you resonate with someone and the environment then it allows true expression. A lot of the time I’m protecting myself in various ways or to certain degrees but in these sessions, I didn’t have to at all. There were no layers of protection in a good way. I just want to shine my light and mostly I’m not for various reasons. So that was really lovely actually to shine my light, I could be vulnerable and reach a higher frequency, I could shine so both polarities and dimensions. I could be my true self. Shining when I was walking with the most beautiful animals, and when I was vulnerable that was also my true self within. So, I was shining but able to expose the wounds, the pain and the emotions. All the lovely things about your room and the attention to the details, like is it light enough, getting more blankets and the choice of music. The grounding visualisations were in tune, and I feel you were also in tune to intuit to reduce them further in as I didn’t need them so much and to get to the breathing quicker. I’m in a different place.
Your introduction of Breath Work has really helped. So, simple but, has been shown to affect me quite deeply. Sometimes emotional during a session. Calming and again re-setting. I can take it home with me too. Not always a comfortable journey but, the fact I'm on a journey says loads.
I'm not exactly sure how long you've been supporting me but, it has to be well over a year. Wow! Time flies. I want to thank you for everything you've done so far.
I admit, initially I may have been somewhat defensive, discussing my troubled history. You've been fab. Non-judgemental. A great listener. And you've opened my mind and eyes to different ways to approach my Anxiety, Anger and Depression. I do look forward to our weekly sessions. It's ME time and I really feel like I've had a re-set. I would describe myself as somewhat inspired too. After a session. Inspired to like myself a bit more and see life more positively.
To be SEEN & HEARD are two of the most important feelings everyone should be able to enjoy. Thank you again.
I don't really do 'apps' but, have the Healing Space app on my phone. Thanks for the recommend. Look at me living in the 21st Century. Mindful breathing is something I practise at home after baths. Helps me re-organise and ground. Something I struggled with before I met you. Drop breaths and Conscious Connected Breathing I'd never heard of before. The breathwork does help and I'm now making time for it.
I do appreciate your support Eppie.
"The surprises have been the epic visions of flying with eagles, indigenous scenes like from an epic film. I have no idea what meaning is behind all of these and don’t have any need to assign any meaning. It has also been a surprise to learn that that early traumatic experiences can be stored in the body. I feel in this process I have become unshielded which is a good thing, as I am letting things go over me much more now.”

I generally find exercises groups challenging but I really loved Tati’s yoga because she explained it so well and from a gentle place of heart and soul and I found myself really connecting with my body. I felt so in touch with my feminine side and felt that I was nourished so I felt both energized and relaxed simultaneously. The yin and the yang! Tati had clearly lovingly prepared for the session, and I felt guided through the different layers of the experience. I loved how she read a beautiful quote, and it helped me to connect with the essence of being human. This gave me the opportunity to step away from the business of life, and drop into a place where my mind and body connected together beautifully. I felt so at peace. I enjoyed learning about using the breath to make connections with the body. When I am with Tati I feel as though I am connecting with not only her, but the spirit of all the women healers over the millennia. I felt that my heart was connecting to the wider universe.
I wanted to feel that it didn’t matter if any poses were out of my reach. There was only one that felt like it would be, and Tati gently guided me to an alternative. I also wanted to learn more about yoga, whilst feeling that I was retreating and Tati’s gentle guidance ensured that both these were achieved.
Tati’s instructions are really clear, and I felt like I had been on a journey, through different stages which all seamlessly interlinked.
I felt peace, joy, love and a renewed sense of confidence in my body and a feeling of deep connection with Tati, the group, the earth and universe and a sense of connection to womenkind. Thank you
I enjoyed that we were invited to draw freely without any pressure or expectations. Katherine provided a safe and nurturing space where I could truly be myself. The free-flow approach allowed me to explore my creativity in a way that felt organic and deeply personal. I found it most useful when she encouraged me to let go of any expectations. The open-ended guidance helped me trust my instincts and let my emotions flow onto the paper. Knowing that sharing at the end was optional also made the experience feel even safer and more personal. I hoped I could express myself creatively without judgment, reconnect with my inner child, and see what emotions or insights might emerge through the process. Katherine's guidance gave me the freedom to explore without self-criticism. I found myself fully immersed in the act of creating, and by the end, I felt lighter and more connected to myself. The invitation to share at the end was a beautiful way to reflect on the experience, though I appreciated that it was completely optional. Nothing needed changing. It was a beautifully held space. I really appreciated Katherine's warm and nurturing presence. The sessions gave me pure joy and happiness. I felt a sense of freedom and inner peace. It reminded me that creativity is about the journey and to stay in the moment and that art can be a powerful tool for emotional release. Also, my inner child was so happy because I allowed myself to just flow and swirl and go wild with the colours.
Katherine's art session was a joyful and liberating experience. The invitation to draw and create freely in a safe, supportive space allowed me to let go of expectations and simply enjoy the process. I loved immersing myself in the colours and just being in this moment. As I let my hands move instinctively, I felt a deep connection to my emotions and intuition. I left the session feeling happy, inspired, and more in tune with my creative self.

I really enjoyed the yoga session with Tati and was very much in my comfort zone. I've attended various types of yoga sessions in the past and Tati's session surpassed my previous experiences. I very much enjoyed her holistic approach encompassing both the mind and the body. Initially I was surprised by the duration of the session but as the session unfolded and how much she incorporated it was the right length for me. I also felt very engaged with Tati during the session and that she was very intuitive and accommodating to our individual needs. The session held my attention and kept me in the moment, putting me in touch simultaneously with both my mind and body. I wouldn't change what she did in any way and would happily do it again if the opportunity arose.
